Position Summary
Seeking a Seasonal Service Representative to support our credit union during the busy summer months. This role is responsible for providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service to members while performing routine financial transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking summer employment or gaining experience in financial services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous service to members in person and by phone
- Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers
- Accurately balance a cash drawer and follow established cash handling procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all security, compliance, and operational policies
- Identify member needs and refer products or services when appropriate
- Support branch operations and assist team members as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems

Ability to work a consistent 24 hour per week schedule throughout the May through August timeframe
Work Schedule
- Part time, 24 hours per week
- Schedule may vary based on branch needs and may include full days, partial days, and Saturdays
