New Scam Going Around

****SCAM ALERT****
We have recently been alerted to a new scam that is affecting members. If someone who claims they are with Amazon calls you, do not provide them with any personal information.

In this scam, a person claiming to be with Amazon calls to alert you of fraudulent charges on your account and in order to "reimburse" those charges, they need your account number and your financial institutions routing number. Or in other cases they will ask for your debit card number. They will also tell you not to contact your financial institution as they will just handle it for you.

REMEMBER!!! Never give out your personal information to anyone that just randomly calls you. If unsure, hang up and place a call yourself to the company or financial institution someone is claiming to be from.
